1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in unused and unwashed condition.
  • The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including any tags or labels.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the product back.
  3. Shipping the Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the provided return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as outlined above. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional charge. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged product to facilitate the process.

6. Refunds

Once your return is processed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please:
